Based on the Law on Consumer Protection and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 (Annex No. 3 – list of goods), all perfume and cosmetic products are included in the list of goods of good quality that cannot be returned to the store, whether online or offline.
